Disposition versions
37. Notwithstanding section 36, the client and the firm may agree to apply to a contract made before 24 December 1984 the provisions of this Regulation on the date of its coming into force or at any later date; in such case, the contract shall be governed by the whole of the Regulation and not only by certain parts of it.
